All units have a fully-equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cookware and dishes), full bathroom with extra linens, electric fireplace, deck or patio.
Studio units feature a combined living room-sleeping area with a queen-size murphy bed and a double-size futon. Recommended for two, maximum occupancy four.
The clubhouse door is unlocked from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Your room key will unlock the clubhouse door after hours. Kids under the age of 18 are not allowed in the clubhouse without an adult. There is no exception to this rule. There are many items available for use in the clubhouse; coin-op self service laundry, games, sports equipment, library, barbeque grills, and tourist information and brochures.
The hot tubs close at 9:00 pm for kids and midnight for adults. Please keep the noise level while at the hot tubs at a minimum as it disturbs the homeowners on the hill above the condominiums. If the noise level is too high you will be asked to leave the hot tubs.
Wireless internet is available in the clubhouse for condominium guests. Connect at your own risk.
A playground is available to the north of the office. Please keep an eye on your children at all times.
